No. Tell us where to leave the totes when you book, and we'll place them there. The same applies to pickup.
Yes. If you're moving from one home to another, tell us both addresses when you book.
Normal scratches and wear from ordinary use are never charged. A tote that's lost or damaged beyond normal wear is $20 to replace.
