You choose the delivery date and a preferred time window when you book.
You don't have to be home. Tell us where to leave the totes — garage, porch, lobby, storage room — and we'll stack them there.
Reservations should normally be made at least 24 hours in advance. Tell us about access when you book: gate codes, elevators, a tricky driveway, stairs.
Your 7‑day rental period begins at your selected delivery date and time.
A few things that make the day go smoothly.
Heavy low, light high. Put dense items in totes at the bottom of a stack, lighter items on top.
Fill to the top. A half-empty tote can collapse inward when you stack on it.
50 lb is the limit per tote. It keeps every tote safe to carry and stack.
Pickup can be at the same address as delivery, or a different one.
Moving from one home to another? Tell us your new address when you book, and we'll collect the empty totes from there instead of your old place.
Empty the totes, snap the lids back on, and stack them at the agreed location for your scheduled pickup date and time.
